Innstayz is a comprehensive multi-hotel service management platform designed to enhance the guest experience by digitizing in-room services and hotel operations. The platform enables guests to order food, request room services, track service requests, and provide feedback through a seamless mobile application. It also includes dedicated portals for hotel staff and super administrators to efficiently manage hotels, rooms, services, orders, and guest interactions across multiple properties.

Our Contribution:
Our team was responsible for the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of the Innstayz platform. Our key contributions included: Developed customer mobile applications for Android and iOS. Built a hotel admin portal for managing rooms, food menus, service requests, staff assignments, and orders. Created a centralized Super Admin portal for managing multiple hotels, subscriptions, configurations, and platform analytics. Implemented food ordering, room service requests, real-time notifications, and order tracking. Developed a review and rating system with hotel response and moderation capabilities. Built secure REST APIs, authentication, reporting modules, and activity monitoring. Integrated Firebase push notifications and scalable backend architecture. Conducted end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
